MyUI says I am restricted; what does this mean? [1]

If payment has not been received on time, students may be restricted from registering for an upcoming semester, or from using their Iowa One Card to charge goods/services. This information is displayed on MyUI [2] in various locations, but is easily accessed by selecting the Financial Aid & Billing link then select University Bill. Restrictions will be lifted by paying the past due amount at the University Billing Office.
