Why can't I register or charge with my Iowa One Card?

A student or faculty/staff member may be restricted because of their financial standing with the University. An account will be restricted if a bill is past due, a balance remains from a previous semester, or if an amount has been placed in collection. Restrictions placed on an account prevents registration from upcoming sessions and revocation of ID Card charging privileges.
